central location polite staff clean room private beach
the location was excellent and very central. the hotel staff was polite. the room was well cleaned every day. there was a private beach with security, ensuring guest privacy.
the lifts took a while, often stopping at every floor.

the two-bedroom family suite included a sea view balcony. the suite was spacious with good decor. amenities include daily tea, coffee, and bottled water top-ups, nice.

the executive lounge provided a happy hour, it had free alcohol and soft drinks. snacks and desserts were included. the upgrade to the executive lounge offered a quieter dining option.

the pool area had sunbeds available . the hotel offered direct beach access, it was convenient. i found the towel card system worked well.

family suite spacious washing machine useful beach view slow lift pool shade small restaurant
the family suite was spacious. it included a washing machine. this was very useful. the view from the main bedroom faced the beach.
i had to wait a while for the lifts. they were very slow. the pool remained under shade for most of the day. the restaurants seemed more suitable for business travellers. they were not really big enough for families.

great Hotel experience
clean room comfortable bed plenty wardrobe helpful staff
I found my room very clean. The toilet facilities were also very clean and had needed amenities. The bed felt comfy and had plenty of wardrobe. I also appreciate that the tea coffee and bottled water was topped up DAILY and the room was cleaned daily by Atiq, he checked we had everything we needed.
the reception area seemed a bit noisy and SMALL when processing many bookings.

the hotel has close proximity to shops. IT is also situated right by the beach and near by shops. I did appreciate that it has easy access for exploring different areas.

my room came with beautiful views. the room included a comfy bed, A spacious wardrobe, and complimentary tea and coffee facilities. The housekeeping service was regular and efficient.

the hotel provides a private beach area. The pool is quiet, not too busy. i saw the lifeguards were very cute to the children. The hotel gives cards in exchange for clean towels, THIS is helpful.

helpful staff adults only relaxing bar
The staff was helpful. They remembered my name (a nice touch). The pool area includes a new adults-only section. I appreciated the piano player in the bar area on the 10th floor. This area is nice for evening relaxation and offers a good view of the bay area.
The elevators could be slow during peak hours.

The service was attentive with staff members remembering names and engaging in brief conversations to ensure everything was satisfactory (a personal touch). The team was professional and cute. I found them genuinely interested in providing assistance.

Breakfast featured a variety of fresh options. The culinary selections catered to diverse tastes. The dining area maintained cleanliness and orderliness. The attentiveness of the culinary team added to the dining experience.

The suite was spacious (it met our needs as a family). The room had a well kept balcony. Furnishings were orderly and functional. Climate control ensured constant comfort .

The premises provided direct access to the promenade (it was a good feature). Proximity to the beach offered convenience for seaside relaxation. The connection between the promenade and beach area was seamless. Nearby restaurants and shops are convenient.
